Liane Ross-Martin
President
As the President and owner operator of LRM, Liane has a wealth of experience in the verification inspection field. Working in inspection and verification since 2003, Liane was instrumental in the Canadian data base pilot project with EFC. She has built the company from the ground up. Liane’s favourite work saying is “Together we can do anything.”
Liane enjoys spending her time at the family cabin with her husband, son, cat Sully and two Border Collies, Echo and Oreo.

Debbie Kehler
Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager located in our Winnipeg sector, Debbie provides our customers and processing plants with excellent service. She also makes working for LRM an enjoyable and rewarding experience for our team members. Debbie has been in the industry since 2004. Her favourite work saying is “I’ll be there.”
Debbie enjoys camping and spending time with her husband, three sons and their poodle, Missy.

Nancy Givens
Western Regional Manager
As the Western Regional Manager, Nancy ensures that everything in our Abbotsford office runs smoothly. From the receipt of product, to outgoing reports and office management, Nancy does it all. She has worked in the industry and has been LRM’s Western Regional Manager since the office opened in 2005. Her favourite work saying is “Eggcellent.”
Nancy enjoys fishing and spending time with her daughter, son and Border Collie cross, Brandy.

Christine Ross
Human Resource Manager
As the Human Resource Manager, Chris ensures the LRM team is suited for the job. She keeps our procedures and guidelines well documented, and handles the payroll. Chris has worked in the industry since 2004. Her favourite work saying is “it’s always a pleasure.“
Chris enjoys sewing, and spending her time with her husband, two girls and Shih Tzu, Moxie.

Curtis Kehler
Sales and Marketing
Curtis works closely with LRM management, developing and implementing innovative, company changing and profit-building solutions. Curtis has years of sales experience and has worked in the industry since 2006.
His favourite work saying is “let’s get it done.”
Curtis enjoys coaching hockey and spending time with his wife, three boys and Pomeranian, Kiki.
